Dr. Nomahaza Mahadi is a senior lecturer at International Business School, UTM. She has received her PhD degree from University of Southampton, UK in 2011. She teaches and conducts research in the fields of organizational behavior and development as well as technology management and innovation. She has presented papers at various international and national conferences. Moreover, she has published several articles in international refereed journals about emotional intelligence and leadership.
