Dr. Mozhdeh Mokhber is a senior lecturer of Management at International Business School, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. She has received her PhD from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. She is author and co-author of several academic papers and presented papers at various international and national conferences.
Currently teaching "Creativity and Innovation", "Leadership and Organizational Behavior", "Business Research" and "Organizational behavior and Development" courses for MBA programs and supervising Masters and PhD students for their thesis.
