IMPORTANT NOTICE For all students of MYIBS -
IBS has implemented a KnowledgeBase system for all current students' knowledge needs. It is self-service. It will continue to be added with new information from time to time. Visit http://www.ibs.utm.my/support/
1) Users must fill in their e-mail address in MYIBS. Use the MYIBS Manage My Account tab on top right hand corner when you are already logged into MYIBS to fill in the e-mail address.
2) All users who forget the password can use the Lost Password link to retrieve a new password.
3) Automated announcements from lecturers bear the email <Lecturer's Name> . Do not reply/send an e-mail to <Lecturer's Name> . Use proper e-mail address to send an e-mail.
For students new to MYIBS, use your matrixno as username and IC no or passport no as your password to log-in. After log-in, enrol to courses that you register for by clicking Enrol on a new course link on the left panel. You should see the list of courses you enrol for on the right panel. Then, you click at the course link to go to the respective course Website. You should also change your password using the My User Account tab just below the Website banner.
