Upstream solutions, engendered from strategies that are fresh and “out of the box”, are potential innovations. Often such new approaches require training of the minds. Case analysis is one of the pathways which could train the minds to think of new perspectives, break down traditional silos, and discover solutions beyond conventions.
To inspire this thinking process, IJIBS is seeking submissions for a Special Issue for Cases. Our theme is “Priorities for Growth”. This special issue is looking for new, unpublished cases from any parts of the world, suitable to be used for enhancing learning experiences of managers and learners in business and management. We are especially interested in case studies that address contemporary issues encountered in organizations or communities which call for real-time practical applications.
