    -For candidate whom sends the application form by hand.
    -Pay at International Business School Office, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia International Campus, Kuala Lumpur (please click to this link for map)

  2. By Electronic Funds Transfer

Manual Application

  1. Fill up the form online* print it.
  2. Attach completed form with the copies of related supporting documents. (Please refer to Supporting Documents below)
  3. Submit the completed documents via post or by hand at International Business School Office, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia International Campus, Kuala Lumpur (please click to this link for map)
  4. If you have difficulties to apply online, please download the application form at this link.

Supporting Documents

The documents required are listed below:

  1. Certified copy of Bachelor Degree
  2. Certified copy of Diploma (If Any)
  3. Certified copy of Academic Transcript(s)
  4. Passport Sized Photograph
  5. Copy of Passport (for international applicants)
  6. Two Referee Forms
  7. Financial Guarantee/ Bank Account Statement (for self sponsored candidate)
  8. Two copies of Scholarship Letter (If Any)
  9. Proof of processing fee being paid


General Information

  1. Incomplete application form or/and if the application is not accompanied by certified true copies of the candidate’s Degree/Diplomas/Certificates and transcripts shall be considered null and void.
  2. The result of your application will be sent to you by email and by post.
  3. If you are an employee, it is your responsibility to obtain a release from your current employment or a permission to register as a postgraduate student at UTM.
  4. Late applications (after due date) will be processed for intake in the following semester while incomplete applications will be processed only after completed documents are received by the University before the due date of the said semester.
  5. The decision by the Selection Committee is final.
